By engaging Quantum Node Analytics, you agree to the following terms governing our data analytics consulting services.

1. Service Scope

We provide supply chain data architecture, machine learning modeling, and dashboard development. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide secure access to necessary legacy systems and ERPs for data auditing and ingestion phases.

3. Liability

While we architect for deterministic accuracy, predictive models are subject to macroeconomic volatility. We are not liable for business losses resulting from inventory routing decisions.
